Two important things to know before visiting iMedical Pharmacy
Before claiming medicines at iMedical Pharmacy, members must first be registered with a PhilHealth-accredited YAKAP Primary Care Provider or Clinic.
Your registered YAKAP clinic is responsible for:
Proper patient identification and health assessment
Determining appropriate treatment and prescriptions
Issuing the valid YAKAP GAMOT prescription
The Unified Patient Service Card (UPSC) helps support a smoother YAKAP GAMOT claiming process at iMedical Pharmacy.

Up to Php 20,000.00 per beneficiary per year in covered outpatient medicines

Fixed-fee OOP payment only for medicines outside the ABL or GAMOT list
Access through PHILGAMOT-accredited facilities and YAKAP CLINIC partners, like iMedical
No Out-Of-Pocket (OOP) payment when the medicine is within your Annual Benefit Limit (ABL) and on the GAMOT list.
An Out-Of-Pocket (OOP) payment at a fixed fee applies for medicines outside the ABL or GAMOT list.

Visit your registered YAKAP clinic for proper evaluation and medical consultation by a healthcare provider.
If qualified, your YAKAP healthcare provider will issue the appropriate YAKAP GAMOT prescription.
Bring your YAKAP GAMOT prescription, UPSC/patient details, and valid ID. Our team will assist with validation and dispensing.

Altering prescriptions, dosage, or quantity without healthcare provider approval
